Another freebie from Radio 2; to a performance of the oldest running musical radio show in the world.
It was a Mario Lanza extravaganza with 3 tenors and the BBC Concert Orchestra at the Hackney Empire. Fun, but as Kate remarked the audience seemed to have come from Butlins. Indeed it did feel like you were trapped in the comments section of the Daily Mail.
